Three stages.
One clear sequence.
Remove food debris first. Then wash, rinse with water and sanitize in separate compartments. Use the current product label and your facility’s approved procedure.
01 — WASH
Remove soil with the appropriate detergent and mechanical action.
Hand-soap preparation is not a substitute for the detergent directions.
02 — RINSE WITH WATER
Use clean potable water. Remove loosened soil and detergent before the sanitizing stage. This is the water-rinse compartment, not another chemical wash.
03 — SANITIZE
Use an approved food-contact sanitizer at its labeled concentration and contact time. Follow draining and air-drying directions.
Explore No-Rinse food-contact sanitizing applications.
Ask about Sink Sanitizer Plus where appropriate. Confirm the exact product and current label; do not interchange directions.
Check the installed system
Confirm the products, dispenser calibration, fill levels and appropriate concentration test method with your distributor. “No-Rinse” does not mean skip the water rinse between washing and sanitizing.
