Cost comparison

Compare the job.
Not just the container.

Use your own chemical and labor figures to compare two cleaning approaches. This tool does not assume product performance or savings.

Cost per job = chemical cost + (minutes ÷ 60 × hourly labor cost). Annual cost = cost per job × jobs per year. Use matched cleaning tasks and comparable results. Training, equipment, downtime and switching costs are excluded. Time savings create usable capacity; they do not automatically reduce payroll.

Validate the comparison

Measure a representative task using each approach, including preparation and rinsing. Record product use, time and cleaning results. Ask EnviroKleen about an appropriate evaluation before changing your process.
